Position: Production Associate

 

Reports To: Production Manager & Lead Quality Inspector

 

Summary: Use manual and semi-automatic processes

to assemble build to print wire

harnesses and cable assemblies to applicable quality standards.

 

Job Description:

• Read and follow wire harness drawings and work instructions

• Wire/Cable cutting, stripping, & ROJ (manual and automatic)

• Wire/Cable crimping (manual and semi-automatic)

• Tinning

• Soldering (various kinds)

• Label & heat shrinking

• Inspect & test cable assemblies

• Complete any function related to the manufacture of cable assemblies or the cleanliness of the building as required

Requirements:​

• Ability to follow instructions, work alone, and work with others

• Valid photo ID

• High School diploma or General Education Degree

• Able to lift 25lbs. to chest height

• Ability to work overtime as necessary

• Able to read a ruler & work with fractions of an inch
